TYPICAL PACKAGES

Here's what is different about my service:
What separates me from other performers is that I make "Customized" wedding receptions for brides & grooms.
I interview you and your fiancé about 2 - 3 weeks before your wedding and go over the following information:

  • Order of toasts or speeches
  • Style of dinner music desired
  • Cutting of cake (song wanted)
  • Your 1st dance (song wanted)
  • Father daughter dance (song wanted)
  • Mother son dance (song wanted)
  • Mother daughter dance (if wanted)
  • Grandparents recognition (song wanted)
  • Bridal party & parents on dance floor (song wanted)
  • Anniversary dance (song wanted)
  • Special dedications during evening
  • Bouquet & garter throws (music for events)
  • Children's bouquet throw (allows adults to catch throws)
  • Bridal dance (Western Pennsylvania tradition - traditional polka "Redovy")
  • Time of last song (end of reception)
  • Songs or styles of music you DON'T WANT (Do Not Play List)


Don't worry if you don't want all these events.
Your reception needs to reflect your taste & style and it's my job is to make that happen.

My Charges are based on a 4-hour reception (when guests arrive & music begins):

My rates are usually around $1500 for a typical 4 hour reception
(overtime is almost always available)
That includes dance floor lighting, travel, set-up & tear-down.
You only pay for the performance time.
Only additional charge is for up-lighting (if requested).
That requires extra time to set up the room several hours before your guests arrive.
We can discuss that if needed.

BUT
To accurately quote my services for the day I need a little more info:

  1. Where is your reception?
  2. How many guests do you expect?
  3. Will there be children there?
  4. Do you need music & microphones for the ceremony?

In Closing:

There are DJ's priced lower & higher than me.
I would rather give you moderate pricing that makes you happy, stays within your budget
That also keeps me active with 30 to 35 NEW weddings a year.
